Prysm announces appointment of new Managing Director

Vincent Altes is set to assume the role of CEO at Prysm, a company within the Vitaprotech Group situated in Aix-en-Provence, France specialising in PSIM software solutions for security, safety and building management systems.
Altes steps into the position previously held by Jean-Michel Belin, Prysm’s founder in 1996, who is retiring from his role as Managing Director.
Prysm’s expansion
Presently, the company boasts a network of more than 150 partners globally, all proficient in its AppVision PSIM platform, with over 4,000 licenses sold.
With an engineering background, Altes holds significant expertise in safety and security, gained across diverse industry sectors and roles such as product manufacturing, software publishing, system integration, installation, maintenance and remote monitoring.
According to the company, at each stage of his career, Altes has demonstrated a talent for revitalising operations by establishing and leading new sales and production structures.
As stated by the company, his market insight, commitment to customer service and entrepreneurial drive are considered essential assets in addressing Prysm’s upcoming challenges and steering innovation that meets market demands effectively.
