Ajax Systems and Yale’s integrated solution

Before integrating a Yale smart lock into an Ajax system, users must first integrate it into the Yale app and pair it with the Yale Connect Bridge.

The bridge connects to the internet via Wi-Fi, allowing users to manage the lock, monitor its status and receive real-time notifications through the Yale app.

Once integrated into an Ajax system, users can conveniently control and automate the Yale smart lock directly from the Ajax app, ensuring a seamless user experience with swift communication.

The Ajax app provides users with instant notifications on their smartphones whenever there is a change in the status of their Yale smart lock, whether it’s a lock or unlock event or an unauthorised access attempt.

Additionally, users can access a detailed event history log through the Ajax app, providing comprehensive monitoring capabilities.

Users also have the ability to manage permissions and control access to the lock for all users of the security system, including professional installers and security monitoring companies.

The lock can trigger automation scenarios within the system, such as disarming the security system when the lock is opened and activating indicators and systems when the lock is closed.

The integration extends to various Wi-Fi enabled Yale smart lock models, including popular options like Linus and Doorman, offering flexibility and convenience to users.

Expand global reach

While the integration rollout begins in select European countries such as Norway, Sweden, Spain, Portugal and Italy, Ajax Systems plans to expand its reach globally to meet the growing demand for smart home security solutions.

Although integration with Yale is presently accessible throughout the EMEA region, there are no technical constraints to integrating a Yale smart lock into the Ajax system in other countries.
