Xtract One Technologies expands leadership team

Xtract One Technologies has recently confirmed the appointment of Joshua Douglas and Christopher Feusner.

The two individuals join the major security company as Senior Vice President (SVP) of Product & Engineering and Vice President (VP) of Sales, respectively.

Douglas brings leadership experience

Douglas is a recognised expert in the fields of behavioral analytics, cybersecurity and physical security.

He joins Xtract One from Mimecast, where he served as Senior Vice President of Product Management.

He will bring deep product management and engineering leadership to Xtract One.

Prior to joining the company, Douglas held leadership positions at esteemed companies including Raytheon, Forcepoint and TRC Companies.

Douglas will lead the product and engineering groups to accelerate and drive Xtract One’s roadmap in alignment with customer expectations for the future.

Feusner to lead Xtract One sales team

Feusner has 20 years experience in the security industry.

Having spent years working as an integrator and manufacturer, Feusner has skills in understanding, developing and deploying effective go-to-market strategies across multiple industries.

He joins after roles at Avigilon and Motorola Solutions and, most recently, at a stealth startup where he served as Vice President of Global Sales.

At Xtract One, Feusner will lead, scale and oversee its sales team.

His key responsibilities are set to include driving business development with a focus on expanding the lead funnel and channel partners strategy.

He will also explore new vertical and international markets.
