The new Secustos SQ 80 LEGIC reader from sesamsec offers extensive application possibilities.
The access control solutions provider has confirmed that, like its entire product line, Secustos’ keyboard-free solution boasts a minimalist design and is suitable for indoor and outdoor use.

The wall reader from the Secustos line is made of high quality materials such as glass and metal.
According to the company, the Secustos SQ 80 LEGIC fulfils its task in demanding outdoor areas, in all weather conditions, and impresses with timeless, minimalist design.
Capable of supporting multiple technologies, the device is fitted with an integrated LEGIC SM-6300 Security Module.
This enables the processing of almost all known LF and HF contactless technologies at frequencies of 125 kHz and 13.56 MHz as well as NFC-HCE or BLE-based mobile phones credentials.
As well as the LEGIC Connect platform, the reader is compatible with LEGIC advant, LEGIC prime EM, Hitag, MIFARE Classic, MIFARE DESFire and HID-Prox.
Futureproof by design, regular firmware updates are provided by sesamsec and configuration changes are possible to meet current needs.
Flexible assembly also enables easy installation.
