Johnson Controls, recognised globally for its expertise in smart, healthy and sustainable building solutions, has announced the appointment of Marc Vandiepenbeeck as the new Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.

This change follows the departure of Olivier Leonetti from the company.
Vandiepenbeeck and Leonetti will collaborate closely during this period to ensure a smooth transition and handover process.

20 years at Johnson Controls
Vandiepenbeeck, with almost 20 years at Johnson Controls, held various finance and treasury roles, including CFO for Building Solutions North America.
Additionally, Vandiepenbeeck led financial management for the company’s growth strategies, fostering global business partnerships, driving digital transformation and supporting sustainability.
He has international experience in EMEA, the US and Asia Pacific.
