Access control manufacturer Inner Range has welcomed Gareth Vaughan to its technical support team to bolster engineering support for integrators and end-users.

Inner Range, which specialises in sophisticated access control integrations, has seen strong sales throughout the UK and Europe this year and more rapid growth is expected now that sales channels have been integrated with parent company and global distributor Anixter.

Vaughan has more than 20 years’ experience in the security industry and is joining Inner Range in the role of Engineer – Application. Gareth will support customers with technical queries about Inner Range systems and integrations, as well as providing training for integrators and product demonstrations as part of the sales process.

Vaughan said: “Inner Range systems are highly innovative and at the high end of the security market. This is a great step-up for me at an exciting time of growth. I’m looking forward to becoming an expert on the Integriti product range, specifically building my knowledge on large access control systems and helping customers create exactly the solutions they need.”

Tim Northwood, Director at Inner Range, said: “Delivering excellent technical support for customers is just as important as the quality of our products themselves. Gareth’s additional expertise and experience will ensure we can continue to grow sales, confident they are backed up with all the engineering support customers might need.”

Vaughan was previously a technical analyst at CSL Group, where he provided similar customer service and technical support. He has also worked with CSL DualCom, which won several security industry awards for its products.

Inner Range systems have been installed in over 30 countries, offering trouble-free access and smart building management for local sites as well as national and global estates. Customers include hospitals and high-security units, colleges, distribution centres, pharmaceutical companies, government and critical national infrastructure.
