IDIS confirms completion of major acquisition

IDIS’ acquisition of Costar Technologies, Inc. has been officially completed.

The two companies already enjoy a long term existing ODM relationship, with approx. 60% of Costar Video’s products made by IDIS.

Costar has a sales channel of one hundred-plus distributors and 1,000 systems integrators across the US.

This channel will significantly benefit from IDIS’ proven and NDAA-compliant technology.

Both IDIS and Costar will also benefit as the management and sales teams merge, meaning that customers will be able to buy Costar and IDIS solutions from either company.

This will give customers comprehensive US and Canadian coverage.
