Genetec, a technology provider offering integrated solutions for security, public safety, operations and business intelligence, has unveiled the inauguration of an experience centre in the UAE.
Additionally, the company has relocated its Dubai office to support the ongoing expansion and development in the region.
Strategically positioned
Dubbed DBXC, the recently launched experience centre and office have been strategically positioned at One Central in the Dubai World Trade Centre.
DBXC showcases pioneering solutions from the organisation and its extensive network of top-tier technology partners.
The new facility is designed to function as a central hub, providing support and services to Genetec partners and customers across the Middle East, Turkey and Africa (META) region.
The facility includes an on-site technology centre, functioning as a fully operational security operation centre (SOC).
Designed to accommodate Genetec’s team
This setup allows customers and partners from the META region to witness first hand how Genetec solutions can directly improve their security and operational processes.
Additional features comprise a training centre, a contemporary workspace designed to accommodate the expanding Genetec META team and partner meeting areas.
These amenities are aimed at fostering collaboration, education and innovation within the hub.

The Dubai experience centre stands as the most recent addition to Genetec‘s array of experience centres, joining the company’s existing facilities situated in Montreal, Paris, London, Singapore, Mexico City and Washington D.C.
