SIRA organised the conclusion of Emarat AlAman in cooperation with UXE on 7 November 2023.

The conclusion of Emarat AlAman was attended by H.E. Khalifa Ibrahim Al Saleis, CEO, SIRA and his deputy Mr. Ahmad Al Muhairi, H.E. Maj. Gen. Jamal bin Adhed Al Muhairi, Assistant General Director of Resources and Supporting Services, Dubai Civil Defence, Brigadier Gen. Obaid Al Hathboor, Director of Transportation Security and Brigadier Gen. Nabeel Al Ridha, Director of Emergency in Dubai Police.

Ceremony

The ceremony was attended by winning teams of all participants, sponsors and strategic partners and started with the national anthem of the UAE.

A film summary of the fourth Emarat AlAman edition, in which many public, private, security and commercial entities participated, was shown.

With more than 350 teams and more than 4,370 participants in group and individual challenges.

Eng. Col. Arif Al Janahi gave a speech in which he praised the efforts of everyone for the success of the event, saying: “This event succeeded in enhancing the spirit of tolerance and cooperation between multiple nationalities and cultures, which reflects the diversity and consensus of Dubai as a global city; it also weaved the webs of security which reflect the true commitment of Dubai residents towards achieving prosperity and harmony.”

Eng. Col. Arif Al Janahi added that Emarat AlAman is: “Not just an event, but a promise of a safe future and testimony to the power of unity towards enhancing prosperity. Let us continue to work together to ensure that Dubai remains the source of security and prosperity for all.

“We shall continue to provide more opportunities and initiatives that enhances security and stability in our community.”

Emarat AlAman winners

The Organising Committee of Emarat AlAman revealed the winners.

Dubai Civil Defence’s team (DCD1) won first place in the government security and safety sector and the Dubai News Center team won first place in the general government sector.

In addition, the team of Dubai Mall Firefighting and Firefighting Units won first place in the private security and safety sector, Istashop were first place in the commercial sector and the Women Power team of Dubai Police and team at Eyal RAK also won.

The Organising Committee also dedicated two titles: Best team in Power Union, which was won by Abu Dhabi Police team and the title of the best team in Mentality Union, which was won by Dubai Police Black, Dubai Police.

Recognition

Sponsors and partners played a major role in the success of Emarat AlAman’s fourth edition.

Emaar – Dubai Mall was recognised as the main sponsor of the event and ENBD and FlyDubai were recognised as strategic partners and distinguished sponsors.

Tributes were paid to volunteers, organisers and social media influencers for their efforts and active contributions to the success of this event.
