Axis Communications has recently achieved certification by Great Place to Work, a renowned authority on workplace culture.
The recognition follows a comprehensive survey conducted by 96% of Axis employees in 2023 across 32 countries in its EMEA-wide business, including the UK.
Axis’ certification
The certification spans all eligible countries where Axis operates, as well as for its EMEA function as a whole.
The assessment by Great Place to Work, known for its rigorous evaluation process, utilises a unique methodology to identify thriving workplaces.
This involves administering the Trust Index survey to employees and assessing HR practices, policies and culture through a Culture Brief.
To attain certification, organisations must meet a 65% survey benchmark.
Employee feedback plays a pivotal role in shaping a conducive workplace environment.
Axis Communications scored notably high in areas related to pride and justice.
Employees expressed pride in their work, citing its positive impact on the world and the meaningfulness it brings to their roles.
Additionally, they highlighted a sense of fairness in treatment, regardless of demographic factors.
“Focus on the wellbeing of our employees”
Natalie Barbi, HR Manager for the UK&I, Axis Communications stated: “Our success at Axis is a direct result of our culture and core values and we are pleased with how our employees reflect this in the latest survey results.
