Axis Communications recognised at the 2024 Intersec Awards

At the 2024 Intersec Awards, Axis Communications was acknowledged for its commitment to innovation and sustainability in the security industry.
Conducted annually, the Intersec Awards recognises excellence in the safety, security and fire protection industries, featuring multiple award categories for both brands and products.
Commencing on 16 January at the Dubai World Trade Centre, the 25th edition of Intersec Dubai marked a significant milestone, bringing together security technology for a quarter of a century and concluded on 18 January.
Axis’ award-wining cameras
The AXIS M4328-P Panoramic Camera, known for its 180° or 360° panoramic views and deep learning image processing unit for indoor surveillance, achieved the Sustainability Champion Award.
According to the company, its dedication to environmental responsibility is reflected in the camera being BFR/CFR and PVC free.
The AXIS Q1656-DLE Radar-Video Fusion Camera also earned the company the Outstanding Commercial Security Solutions Award, offering reliable wide-area intrusion protection by integrating video and radar functionality.
The combination of both cameras enhances security measures with precise localisation, object classification, distance and speed measurement, reducing false alarms.
Additionally, the AXIS P1468-XLE Explosion-Protected Bullet Camera received a Highly Commended award in the Premier Homeland Security Solutions category.
Designed for hazardous locations, this camera contributes to network security, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with health and safety protocols in dangerous environments.
