Join 3DX-Ray at the International Security Expo 2022 at Olympia, London on 27-28 September.

Meet the team on stand number F70 and learn about their x-ray scanning security systems, which offer powerful, flexible and adaptable force multiplier tools to any security professionals, whether they are civilian, military or law enforcement.

There are three main systems on show this year, starting with the AXIS-CXi which is a cabinet-based x-ray system for screening mail, parcels and small baggage for potentially harmful items and contraband. It is a mobile unit so can be relocated easily within buildings. AXIS-CXi is a cabinet-based screening system with aviation standard Materials Discrimination capability. Designed for environments where space is at a premium the CXi offers a large inspection chamber and imaging area whilst retaining a very small footprint.

Also on show will be the AXIS-64E. A compact freestanding x-ray conveyor inspection system for fast throughput of multiple items. It can be installed in relatively small spaces and offers high throughput and ease of use, making it ideal for scanning cabin baggage, small packages and mail. It provides excellent image quality, materials discrimination, powerful image enhancement and processing functions for rapid and accurate interpretation of images.

Finally, the 3DX-RAY ThreatScan-AS1(ISC) is a robust amorphous silicon portable x-ray inspection system. It comprises, as standard, a detector panel with an imaging area of 430mm x 347mm, a new high penetration 150kV generator, and a laptop along with batteries, chargers, the user-friendly 3DX-RAY ThreatSpect software, wireless communication and transport case. The AS1(ISC) is simple to use and produces extremely high quality, sub-millimetre resolution images in real time.

The system is fully integrated, with a primary display, computer, communications and power supplies consolidated into a single, waterproof rugged case. A secondary display tablet offers high flexibility in deployment to meet the wide variety of user applications and threat scenarios including the inspection of suspect bags and packages in hotels, offices, shopping malls, airports, stadia and sports arenas and mass transit areas, such as rail and bus stations.
