Milestone Systems has announced a merger with cloud-based video surveillance solutions provider, Arcules, effective 1 July 2024.

Together, Milestone and Arcules will provide a complete video technology offering.

According to Milestone, the VSaaS market is predicted to experience exponential growth within the next few years, with AI continuing to create new possibilities.

This merger will combine robust video management with the agility and scalability of the cloud and AI.

Based in California, US, Arcules was spun out from Milestone in 2017 and the decision to reunite the companies is driven by a shared vision.
