Veridos acquires majority stake in NetSeT

With the acquisition of NetSeT Global Solutions, the company is further demonstrating its position as a leading provider of integrated identity solutions.
Serbian-based NetSeT is specialised in the development of complex information systems for the management of citizen data and information security.
Having already taken a minority stake in NetSeT in 2017, Veridos has now increased its shares and will integrate NetSeT into the Veridos Group. Both companies have been working together successfully for 20 years, having cooperated on joint projects in northern Macedonia, Bangladesh the UAE and more.
