Sunray Engineering Group Limited has been acquired by ASSA ABLOY.
Its highly accredited product and service offering is complementary to ASSA ABLOY’S existing operations.
The acquisition will enable the company to offer a wider range of end-to-end access solutions to its
customers.
Sunray has confirmed that it will continue to trade from its current location.
Moreover, no changes in the foreseeable future will be made to management teams or operational activities.
