Global technology provider Axis Communications has confirmed the release of its outdoor-ready sound projectors capable of simple integration.
The new smart solution enhances security and deterrence messaging for both indoor and outdoor environments and is also suitable for providing updates and instructions.
AXIS C1610-VE Network Sound Projector
According to the company, the AXIS C1610-VE Network Sound Projector is a ‘suitable alternative to the horn speaker wherever appearance or accessible placement is a key consideration’.
This speaker is rated IK10 for vandal-resistance and includes built-in audio management software for scheduling, zoning and prioritisation.
Its construction relies on open standards, making it simple to integrate with VoIP telephony, video management systems and analytics.
The AXIS C1610-VE can endure temperatures ranging from -40 to +55°C; it can be conveniently mounted on walls, ceilings or poles in locations where sound quality is just as important as appearance.
