PERCo equipment utilised at Marassi Beach Resort, Egypt

Marassi Beach Resort by Emaar is located on the shores of the Mediterranean Sea in Egypt.

Emaar’s impressive projects include the world’s tallest building, the Burj Khalifa, as well as Dubai Mall.

Marassi Beach Resort consists of seven neighbourhoods inspired by six different Mediterranean lifestyles including Egypt, Morocco, Tunisia, Greece, Spain and Italy.

ST-01 Speed gates with swing panels from PERCo are designed for sites with high aesthetic and comfort requirements.

When receiving a signal from an ACS, the glass panels open providing a comfortable contactless passage. In case of an emergency, the swing gates open automatically ensuring fast evacuation of people.

TTD-08A Box tripod turnstiles for outdoor use feature enhanced durability and automatic anti-panic function for fast evacuation of people in case of emergency.

Smartphones are used as identifiers. Access control is handled by an application created and developed by Emaar.

Visitors use QR codes shared by Marassi residents to access the resort area by presenting the code on the smartphone screen to the turnstile reader.
