Mitie Spain announces acquisition of Biservicus Group

Mitie has announced that the company is expanding its security capabilities in Spain through the acquisition of Biservicus Group.
Biservicus is a security business specialising in the installation, maintenance, surveillance and operation of fire, security and alarm systems.
An established name
The group has 30 years of experience delivering technology-led security services, having installed 8,000 security alarms for 4,000 customers.
Nearly 200 specialist Biservicus colleagues will join the Mitie team in Spain, including its senior leadership team.
With immediate effect, José Luis García Hurtado, Mitie Spain’s Managing Director, has become General Manager of Biservicus, overseeing the business as it integrates with Mitie Spain.
“We’re delighted to welcome the Biservicus team to the Mitie Spain family,” said García Hurtado.
“With this addition to our business, we’re excited to be able to expand our service offering for customers, both in the Canary Islands and beyond.”
