ToggleCan you tell us a bit about Guardhouse and its history?
Guardhouse is a specialised workforce management platform dedicated solely to servicing the security industry. Founded in late 2018 in Australia by myself and three other founders, our journey began with another platform called Zenshifts, catering to various industries.
However, after receiving feedback from security companies, we realised the unique challenges they faced in workforce management. This led us to pivot our focus entirely to serving the security industry, thus creating Guardhouse.
Since then, we’ve grown globally, now serving over 300 clients across Australia, New Zealand, the UK and North America.
Our dedication to this niche market is a core principle guiding our approach. We believe in focusing solely on one industry to provide the best product and service tailored specifically to its needs.
This approach ensures that our platform remains highly effective and relevant to our clients.
What are some key principles or values that guide Guardhouse’s approach to security services?
At Guardhouse, our approach is guided by several core principles that differentiate us in the market. Firstly, we are solely dedicated to serving the security industry.
This allows us to understand the nuances and challenges specific to this sector, ensuring that our solutions are finely tuned to meet the needs of security companies.
Additionally, we prioritise customer satisfaction and continuous innovation.
By actively seeking feedback from our clients, we ensure that our platform evolves in tandem with the changing needs of the industry.
Moreover, ease of use is a fundamental aspect of our approach. Our goal is to simplify the process of managing security operations, making it easy for our clients to focus on their core business objectives.
Can you tell us more about what you will be showcasing at The Security Event?
As we haven’t been in the UK market for that long, this will only be our third trade show and our second time at The Security Event.
Last year’s The Security Event was our first trade show, which was a big learning experience for us.
We used that opportunity to refine our approach, which we then implemented at Olympia later in the year for the international event.
At The Security Event 2024, we’re excited to showcase our latest innovations, including the introduction of our new mobile patrol functionality.
This suite of features is designed to address the specific needs of mobile patrol services within the security industry.
With the introduction of our mobile patrol features, we’re expanding our capabilities to cater to the full spectrum of security services, including mobile patrols conducted by personnel in vehicles.
In addition to showcasing our latest innovations, we look forward to engaging with industry professionals, sharing insights and building valuable connections.
We’re excited about the opportunities this event presents to further establish Guardhouse as a leading provider of workforce management solutions for the security industry.
This comprehensive approach ensures that Guardhouse remains at the forefront of driving efficiency and effectiveness in security operations, continually meeting the evolving needs of the industry and providing clients with the tools they need to succeed.
