Evolution appoints new Country Manager for the Nordics

Integrated fire and security business, Evolution, has named its new Country Manager for the Nordics.

Lars Pedersen will establish a regional presence and continue to build the dedicated local team.

Pedersen has joined Evolution from LenelS2, where he spent over 20 years in various senior roles.

An engineer by profession, Pedersen has worked in the security industry since 1987 and has built skills in project management, product development and sales.

In his new role, he will lead the company’s existing programs for global operators and develop new business opportunities with local firms and critical infrastructure providers in Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland and Iceland.

“Having sold LenelS2 products to Evolution and worked with the team for many years on various projects it is exciting to now be part of the team going forward and in such an important role,” said Pedersen.

“Evolution has witnessed significant international growth in recent years and I am delighted to be part of a team with the ambition and experience to become the pre-eminent integrated fire and security solutions provider in the Nordic region.”
