Emrill has introduced the Techsphere Security Patrol App to bolster its comprehensive FM digital solutions for clients and employees.

This application enhances security measures and elevates the living experience for residents in prominent UAE communities.

Emrill’s Techsphere Security Patrol App

With the launch of the Techsphere Security Patrol App, the safety, maintenance and emergency response times of community patrols will significantly improve.

The app boosts operational efficiencies and optimises task completion times for employees following present routes.

Functioning as a centralised platform for managing security guard rosters, routes, schedules and assignments, the application utilises Bluetooth technology and provides real-time access to data and geo-coordinates linked to property base units and patrol vehicles, segways and foot patrols.

Security coordinators can create specific schedules for routes, defining start and end dates, frequency, shift and patrol mode.

Once activated, the system automatically generates daily patrol schedules and offers suggestions for maximising patrol efficiency based on data analysis.

Moreover, the Techsphere Security Patrol App enhances community safety through geo-location technology and advanced communication features, enabling the identification and resolution of priority incidents such as fire, theft, accidents and hazards.

The App replaces traditional patrol confirmation methods by allowing guards to upload timestamped photographs of checkpoints visited during patrols.

Property maintenance benefits

Patrol speed is calculated based on distance and duration, generating automated reports, streamlining operations and allowing more time for vigilant security services.

Group messaging functionality facilitates communication between security teams, enabling supervisors to send messages to all guards, those on duty or individual guards.

In addition to improved security, the application provides property maintenance benefits.

Guards on patrol can raise maintenance requests using geo-location and predetermined codes to identify concerns.

Recurring issues are automatically flagged, reducing resolution delays.

The ability to upload photographs within the app integrates security, maintenance and housekeeping departments, increasing accountability and synergy.

In case of emergencies, the SOS function enables teams to signal situational alerts, notifying nearby guards and predefined users specific to each site for a timely response.

The application enhances organisational efficiency by identifying areas for improvement and implementing measures to enhance operations across sites.

Automated weekly reports consolidate performance details and are sent twice daily to management.

“A sustainable, innovative solution”

Gopalakrishnan, Chief Operating Officer, Emrill commented: “We’ve invested extensive time, effort and resources to develop an application that precisely aligns with the needs of our staff, management and clients.

“We are extremely proud to finally implement our Techsphere Security Patrol App across our clients’ locations to further streamline operations as part of Techsphere.

“The technology enables our management teams to maximise efficiencies across sites and conserve energy, as it is a sustainable, innovative solution.”

He added: “The app engages our security teams, as it supports solo working and patrols and gives clients peace of mind that their community is being patrolled correctly and efficiently.”

David Nice, Associate Director, Emrill added: “Our strategy is to combine business entities and departments on one digital platform.

“Working closely with our ICT team every step pf the way, we have invested significant resources into building Techsphere and its add-on modules and systems as proprietary applications and have moved away from older technology-based CAFM systems.”

“Efficiency, agility and responsiveness”

Nice added: “We believe our Techsphere Security Patrol App is the most advanced system of its kind and it has seamlessly integrated with other technology already in place to provide synergy never seen before in our industry.

“Efficiency, agility and responsiveness are crucial within FM and this technology provides Emrill with a competitive edge.

“No longer will employees work in silos throughout the communities we serve, as accountability is constantly visible.

“The test phases have produced results beyond our expectations, with the system enabling us to provide a notably enhanced service for our clients.”

The Techsphere Security Patrol App is Emrill’s latest addition to the organisation’s existing tech companion application for technicians and its efficiency app for housekeepers and it will be gradually implemented across all Emrill projects over the course of the year.
