Commenting on the appointment, Greg Alcorn, Director of Global Sales and Customer Success at Synectics commented:“I am delighted to welcome Kerstin to the business as we drive ahead with strategically important urban transport projects and customers.
“Kerstin is ideally positioned to develop our German business; her experience within the urban transport industry and knowledge of digital technology in transport operations will enable our clients to maximise their investment in our software solutions.
“At the same time, she will play a key role as we open up new opportunities for the innovative security and operations management solution we are implementing for S-Bahn Berlin as part of its new Security and Service (4S) Center development. New collaborative applications for workforce management with interactive mobile capabilities are set to transform the capability and reach of urban transport control room operations.”
