Alex Holmström, Global Sales Director, ACRE International looks ahead to the upcoming ISJ Leaders in Security Conference.

What will ACRE be discussing at this event?

ACRE will look to address the industry’s most vital discussions with like-minded professionals. This will be achieved by showcasing our advanced technologies that help global organisations secure buildings and infrastructure while protecting their company’s data, assets and people.

With the consistent expansion of cloud-based access solutions, particularly during the pandemic, ACRE will demonstrate to delegates how regular remote updates can contribute to cost efficiency and sustainability. A key benefit of ACRE’s cloud-based access control is the ability to integrate into other existing workplace solutions along with offering fully remote maintenance. The remote management capabilities available through intelligent cloud-based services are highly valued by both integrators and end users in today’s hybrid working environment.

Cybersecurity awareness

By implementing these enhanced digital solutions, there is now an increased interest in workplace cybersecurity. The key concerns include securing onsite integrations with third party solutions, the addition of subscription-based services and the migration of legacy systems and reader technologies. The successful implementation of these solution offerings allows for successful migration and the creation of digital and mobile access credential solutions.

With cybersecurity awareness a growing priority, in 2023 there is a significant need for updated cybersecurity efforts that act differently than traditional practices. Organisations must stay engaged and vigilant at all times and remain dedicated to keeping their employees, suppliers and customers informed.

Why is the Middle East market so important to ACRE?

Since 2022, ACRE’s cloud-based solutions have advanced to the next level in the Middle East by actively recruiting staff in the territory to accelerate the growth, launching new platforms within digital access control technologies and channel expansion for visitor management solutions.

The Middle East has been experiencing a positive economic growth curve that is expected to continue as society rebuilds to pre-pandemic levels of normality. According to a report with Mordor Intelligence: “The market is growing due to an increase in demand for international travel as a result of greater globalisation as well as an increase in the demand for border patrol personnel and airport security. Moreover, the rising security concerns across the globe are further expected to propel market growth.”

ACRE has a long-established network of partners in the Middle East and our hiring of additional staff in multiple MEA countries during the pandemic highlights the high value placed on our product portfolio by our partners there. Therefore, we look forward to continuing to serve this market and collaborating with our partners on how best to develop security technologies that meet this region’s continuously balancing needs.

We look forward to hearing direct input regarding the future direction of ACRE’s advanced innovations and solutions at the ISJ Leaders in Security Conference as it applies to our partner’s needs throughout 2023 and beyond.
