CEO of SIRA to deliver Keynote Address at Dubai conference

International Security Journal is delighted to confirm that His Excellency Khalifa Ibrahim Al Saleis, CEO, Security Industry Regulatory Agency (SIRA) will once again be delivering the Keynote Address at the ISJ Leaders in Security Conference 2023, held in association with Convexum.
