Hanwha Techwin has further strengthened its Wisenet Q series with the introduction of two and five megapixel box cameras.
The two megapixel Wisenet QNB-6002 supersedes the highly popular Wisenet QNB-6000, whilst the five megapixel Wisenet QNB-8002 is a new addition to the camera series.
The two H.265 cameras are equipped with an Open Platform chipset which provides the opportunity for end users to benefit from selected edge-based specialist applications developed by Hanwha Techwin’s technology partners. The cameras also feature a suite of Intelligent Video Analytics (IVA), which includes Tampering, Directional Detection, Defocus Detection, Virtual Line, Enter/Exit and Motion Detection.
Other key features of the new box cameras include the following:
“As is the case with all affordable Wisenet Q series cameras, there has been no compromise on the feature set or build quality of these new cameras,” said Uri Guterman, Head of Product & Marketing for Hanwha Techwin Europe. “They have been introduced in response to feedback from customers who wish to continue to enjoy the benefits of working with a trusted brand but require a keenly priced option for video surveillance applications which require a high number of cameras.”
