Zenitel appoints Strategic Alliance Relationship Manager

Zenitel has appointed Jalen James as its new Strategic Alliance Relationship Manager.
James will be reporting to Kelly Lake, Director of Global Strategic Alliances.

Zenitel’s strategic alliances program supports manufacturer partners who integrate the company’s intelligent communication solutions into their business.
In his new role, James will also work with Zenitel’s technology partners to ensure the continued successful integration of its audio solutions with video surveillance and access control platforms.
Prior to Zenitel, James was a Supplier Business Manager at Scansource Inc, a distribution company with direct relationships with manufacturers.
He has worked with brands such as Honeywell, Toshiba, Axis Communications and March Networks.
