Gilding reveals how the company’s positive approach and ‘can-do’ attitude helped it to swiftly provide security services for the Dragon’s Heart Hospital in Cardiff, part of the NHS Nightingale field hospitals project created by the government in response to COVID-19.

Additionally, Gilding also discusses the DNA of Mitie and how this enables the firm’s workforce to “perform miracles” for its clients.
