Videx expands MiAccess range with new solution

Videx Security has unveiled its XPROX-MF-SA panel mount reader, further strengthening the MiAccess offline proximity access control system.
The XPROX-MF-SA features the industry-standard UK window size of 40mm x 40mm, making it an ideal choice for both new installations and retrofitting onto existing entry panels, including those from third-party manufacturers, the company says.
The MiAccess system is popular with housing associations and local authorities due to its cost-effectiveness, eliminating the need for expensive onsite infrastructure such as internet connections.
Utilising advanced Mifare read/write technology, the XPROX-MF-SA enables an offline access control system whilst offering the added advantage of remote management through Videx’s free PC management software.
