Videonetics appoints new Vice Chairman and Managing Director

Videonetics has announced the appointment of Naresh B Wadhwa as Vice Chairman and Managing Director.

In this role, Wadhwa will leverage his extensive expertise in business transformation and strategic leadership to drive the company’s growth and innovation agenda.

Experience and prior employment

• Wadhwa is a seasoned leader in the ICT industry with over three decades of experience and is renowned for his visionary leadership and consistent delivery of operational excellence
• He has a proven history of driving business growth and fostering innovation
• As the former President of the Asia-Pacific and Japan (APJ) region at Arista Networks, Wadhwa played a pivotal role in scaling operations and enabling digital transformation for customers
• During his tenure as President and Country Manager at Cisco Systems India and South Asia, he led key market transitions, built robust partnerships, and contributed significantly to advancing local technology development
• He is recognised among India’s most influential technology leaders and is known for his strategic vision, team-building expertise and commitment to leveraging technology to solve complex business challenges
• Wadhwa is also an electronics engineering graduate from the University of Mumbai, where he resides with his family
