Viakoo has announced the appointment of Todd Christensen to its Advisory Board to help advance Viakoo’s mission to deliver autonomous remediation.

Christensen has over 20 years of experience in healthcare cybersecurity and currently serves as Business Information Security Officer (BISO) for the Medical-Surgical Business Unit at McKesson Corporation, bringing experience in information security and risk management to Viakoo.

In his role at McKesson, Christensen has developed and implemented comprehensive security strategies to protect sensitive data across global operations.

His expertise include an array of cybersecurity disciplines, including endpoint protection, compliance and risk mitigation.

The company notes that Christensen’s appointment reflects its commitment to enhancing its advisory board with professionals who can provide strategic guidance in navigating IoT security.

His insights will support Viakoo’s efforts to deliver solutions that ensure the safety of connected devices across healthcare and other industries.
