Verkada has announced its new dual head camera and enhanced alerting capabilities on its Command platform with a wide range of updates.
Expansion
Verkada is expanding its multi-sensor line with a new dual head camera, the CY53-E Two-Camera Multisensor.
The company states that the new dual camera comes with:
- Two viewing angles from a single install point
- An advanced onboard processor
- 2.55x optical zoom in each sensor
Using the new multi-sensor camera, Verkada highlights that organisations can minimise potential blind spots with increased visibility and AI-based analytics and alerts.
Enhanced alerting capabilities
Verkada also introduced enhanced alerting capabilities that enable customers to integrate Verkada Guest, LPR, Alarm events and Helix events into Verkada’s Alert Inbox.

This will significantly enhance its customers’ ability to monitor, assess and respond to critical issues.
