New apprentices join KeyTracker
According to the company, it has regularly hired apprentices for more than a decade – with many previous recruits still working with the business today.
Andy Smith, Director, KeyTracker said: “As a local employer, we see it as a key responsibility to offer the tools and resources to ensure people experience a healthy and happy professional development journey.
“With so many of our previous apprentices still working for us here at our headquarters in Rowley Regis, we’re confident our latest cohort will also feel welcomed into the business and given the support they need to excel in their respective new roles.”
“Guidance and constructive feedback”
“I’m thoroughly enjoying my apprenticeship with KeyTracker, as it has provided me with valuable opportunities to develop my professional skills within a dynamic and supportive workplace,” added Chelsea-Leigh Langford.
“The experience has enabled me to gain practical knowledge and a deeper understanding of how the business operates, while also enhancing my confidence and ability to take initiative.
“The team at KeyTracker has been highly encouraging, offering guidance and constructive feedback that have contributed significantly to my growth.
“Overall, my apprenticeship has been an enriching and rewarding experience that is helping me build a strong foundation for my future career.”
