Tavcom Training, part of Linx International Group, has announced that it will be running its Practical CCTV Installation course at a brand new purpose-built training centre in Singapore developed by Fonda Global Engineering Pte Ltd. The course will take place from 9 to 13 December 2019.
The new training centre enables Tavcom to deliver its award-winning, BTEC accredited, technical security systems training courses to students in the Asia-Pacific region. Tavcom has been providing training in Singapore for more than 20 years and its Sales Manager, Andrew Saywell explains: “Our new training centre in Singapore has been modelled on our world-class facility in the UK. It includes fully equipped workshops where security practitioners from across the Asia Pacific region can get hands-on with security systems and put the theory they learn into practice.”
The first classroom course to be hosted at the centre is Tavcom’s popular five-day Practical CCTV Installation course. This internationally acknowledged and respected BTEC Level 3 qualification combines classroom theory with hands on practical experience of installing and configuring video surveillance systems, using high definition, analogue and IP equipment from leading manufacturers.
In addition to the Practical CCTV Installation course, Tavcom is also planning to run its Access Control, Intruder Alarms Installation and Structured Cabling and Optical Fibre training courses.
