Synectics’ security division rebrands to Ocular Integration

Synectics has announced that its security division will be rebranded as Ocular Integration taking effect from 1 Nov 2024.
Synectics notes that the rebrand reflects the transition of division and its forward-focused approach that is centred on innovation.
Ocular Integration
Ocular is an independent systems integrator with expertise in delivering security solutions across multiple sectors, including public space, transport and critical national infrastructure.
The rebranding allows for a greater distinction between Synectics and Ocular, providing improved clarity for stakeholders.
The new Managing Director
The division’s transformation programme has refreshed its leadership team which will be led by Chris Jepson as its Managing Director with effect from 1 Nov 2024.
Jepson has a background in security technology engineering, significant industry experience and has held multiple senior roles within the division.
He is uniquely qualified to lead Ocular in what is expected to be an exciting period of growth.
