Texecom has released an enhanced version of its SmartCom 4G communicator.

The UK-based intruder detection manufacturer has confirmed that the gateway communicator now benefits from heightened connectivity across all 4G bands.
Signal sensitivity on all the main bands is also said to have been improved.
According to Texecom, installers will be able to benefit from an enhanced algorithm which ensures the SmartCom 4G is more resilient than ever.
Moreover a new QR code configuration ensures quick setup, saving installers both time and money.
“This is an exciting stage of the SmartCom 4G Communicator journey,” said Hugh Devereux, Head of Product Management, Texecom.
“By introducing these enhancements, we are delivering solutions which are constantly evolving to cater for the needs of both professional security installers and their end user customers.”
