Sicuro Group has announced its free public access to the Sicuro Live Travel Risk Map.
Sicuro Group explained that this will allow users to view an interactive world map that shows current travel risk levels for more than 240 countries and territories, refreshed automatically every 30 minutes.

Most widely cited travel risk maps are published once a year as static documents, but risk conditions do not follow a publishing calendar.
The Sicuro map draws on official travel advisories from the US Department of State, the UK Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office, France Diplomatie and Germany’s Federal Foreign Office, combining them into a composite four-level rating for every destination, from Level 1 (exercise normal precautions) to Level 4 (do not travel).
Live natural disaster alerts from GDACS and disease outbreak news from the World Health Organization are layered onto the same map and every rating is calculated using a documented, openly published methodology.
The company said that the case for live data played out in the first quarter of 2026, when conditions in parts of the Middle East changed faster than any annual publication could reflect.
During that period, Sicuro said that it coordinated the safe relocation and departure of 4,000 employees on behalf of client organisations and supported more than 10,000 others to remain in the region and continue business as usual.

“Every rating on this map is recalculated throughout the day from official government sources, and the methodology is published for anyone to inspect,” he added.
Risk assessments
For any destination, users can generate a free, downloadable pre-travel risk assessment aligned with ISO 31030:2021, the international standard for travel risk management, covering security threats, natural hazards, health, insurance considerations, duty of care and emergency procedures.
The map also offers side-by-side comparison of destinations, sub-national markers for regions rated above their national level and a dedicated page for every country and territory.
Publishers, travel platforms, HR teams and duty-of-care providers can embed the live map on their own websites free of charge with a single code snippet from freetravelriskmap.sicurogroup.com/embed, and the embedded map updates automatically.
