Atlas Security has had an extremely successful first year of business and the company has confirmed that it has grown by over 120%.

The impressive growth includes several Central London properties with global blue-chip organisations.

Prioritisation of both employee and client happiness has been key to securing successful contracts with notable clients in property management, legal, leisure and hospitality sectors.

Atlas – which is a people-orientated business with a committed ambition to redefining how security services are experienced and relied upon – was shortlisted for the Start-up Company of the Year at the 2022 Security & Fire Excellence Awards.

In Q1 2022, Atlas was accredited as a Living Wage Foundation Recognised Service Provider, alongside providing an employee benefits package made up of private healthcare, life insurance, corporate sick pay, a virtual GP and a wellbeing app which includes retail discounts.

Atlas has also been working with Totara to develop an open-source learning platform designed to aid security officers in an interactive way to support personal and professional development.

Gary Stanton, Managing Director, Atlas Security, says he is thrilled with Atlas’ success within its first year of trading: “Winning such prestigious contracts both in the City of London and regionally, is an achievement we are proud of and puts us on an excellent footing for the years ahead.

“Our pipeline of new contracts, a new people strategy and further emphasis on our culture of creating happiness are all promising for the business and what is to come for 2023.”
