SALTO Systems unveils new company structure and leadership

SALTO Systems has announced a significant transformation to align with the changing landscape and position the company for sustained success.

The group unveils its new identity as SALTO WECOSYSTEM, representing a comprehensive evolution, embracing a holistic approach and reflecting the company’s dedication to innovation and the integration of brands, companies and technologies.

SALTO’s new structure

Under the company’s brand umbrella, three independent core brands have been established to leverage the strengths of each entity.

Each core brand will play a crucial role in contributing to the overall success and growth of the organisation while maintaining its unique identity and focus:

• Gantner offers smart identification, access, cashless payment and locker solutions to automate business processes and enhance organisational efficiency and security
• Salto pioneers facility access, identity management and electronic locking technology to provide seamless, reliable and secure experiences
• Vintia creates scalable ticketing, booking, management and payment solutions for the leisure and attractions industry to optimise customer experiences, increase operational efficiency, security and revenue

At the core of this transformation lies the implementation of a new corporate structure aimed at enhancing agility, fostering collaboration and ensuring streamlined operations.

The restructured organisation will comprise three core brands and four global teams (sales & marketing, technology & innovation, people & global services, cybersecurity).

These global teams will serve as the foundation of the company‘s operations, ensuring a cohesive and collaborative approach to the global market.

Marc Gómez will step into the role of SALTO WECOSYSTEM, CEO, succeeding Javier Roquero, who will transition to focus on his positions as a board member and the company’s Strategy Committee member.

SALTO’s new leadership

As a crucial aspect of this new phase, the company is pleased to welcome Gómez as the incoming group CEO, effective 2 April 2024.

Gómez brings extensive experience and visionary leadership to propel SALTO WECOSYSTEM to new heights.

Roquero, outgoing CEO added: “I have been truly blessed to work alongside such capable and hard-working individuals at Salto for the past 23 years.

“As I focus in my role as a Board Member and member of the Salto Wecosystem Strategy Committee, I am convinced that the company will continue to grow and get better under the leadership of Marc Gómez.

Marc Handels, SALTO WECOSYSTEM CTIO, Co-Founder and member of the board, will additionally become a member of the newly established Board Strategy Committee.
