It has recently been announced that Sabrina Soussan has assumed executive responsibility for the dormakaba Group as its new CEO as of 1 April. Her predecessor, Riet Cadonau, will concentrate on his role as Chairman of the Board of Directors going forward.
Soussan has an impressive track record, particularly in terms of profitable growth and customer focus and she brings global experience from the automotive, mobility and building technology sectors.
In a statement on the company’s website, Soussan remarked: “I am very honoured to introduce myself as the new CEO of dormakaba. On April 1, I take over this role from Riet Cadonau, who over the past ten years has made dormakaba your partner for smart and secure access solutions all over the globe.
“I join dormakaba from Siemens Mobility, where I was Co-CEO since 2017. Before that, I held several leadership positions in Siemens’ mobility, building technologies and automotive businesses over the past 20 years.
“I am an entrepreneur, passionate about the contribution that industry in general can bring to the challenges our societies face. I am passionate about delivering value to our customers and partners all over the globe. And I am passionate about leveraging the opportunities made possible through digitalisation.
“I would like to thank you for your continued loyalty to our offering and brand. I will work with my team and the whole dormakaba family to make sure that your loyalty is earned, focusing on meeting your needs for secure, seamless and sustainable access solutions.
“I am looking forward to shaping the future of access with you.”
