Gallagher’s innovative Proximity and Contact Tracing Report is now a six-time award-winning product after being named a winner in the 2021 Security Industry Association (SIA) New Product Showcase Awards.

The US-based SIA Awards recognise the most innovative physical security products, services and solutions in the market today, with Gallagher’s Proximity and Contact Tracing Report tool taking out the Threat/Risk Management Software Applications category.

The Proximity and Contact Tracing Report enables organisations to quickly and accurately identify areas where a specified cardholder has been on site. This information enables organisations to act rapidly and inform relevant employees of the risk of infection, allowing them to take action, seek testing and minimise spread of the virus.

Gallagher’s Vice President for the Americas, Scott Elliott, says: “We’re thrilled to add to the accolades of our now six-time award-winning Proximity and Contact Tracing Report, an intelligent tool supporting organisations around the globe with fast and effective contact tracing.”

Since its release, sites across government, education, entertainment, healthcare, manufacturing, transport and mining are utilising Gallagher’s Proximity and Contact Tracing Report.

“With the current COVID-19 pandemic continuing to negatively affect businesses around the world, it is not surprising that organisations who are already using Gallagher’s Proximity and Contact Tracing Report see it as a game-changer to ensure the protection of not only their operations, but most importantly their people,” adds Elliott.

To date, the Proximity and Contact Tracing Report has received recognition in the following industry awards:
