Paxton has appointed Clym Brown as Divisional Director of Product Management (Software), bringing years of additional industry experience to the company’s Product Management leadership team.
Paxton said that during his employment, Brown will focus on defining the future of Paxton’s software products and digital services.
Additionally, he will support the development of solutions that deliver additional value for installers and end users, in line with Paxton’s security made simple ethos.

Brown is well known in the security industry, having spent 25 years working in senior product, technology and leadership roles at Texecom, where he helped shape product strategy and bring new technologies to market.
Before joining Paxton permanently, he worked as a consultant, supporting software strategy and product development initiatives.
The company said that this experience allowed him to work closely with teams across the business and gain a deeper understanding of Paxton’s award-winning culture and approach to technological innovation.
