Shaare Zedeck collaborated with the Security Department and the Information Systems Department to enforce Intellicene’s software, Symphia NowForce.

It is a unique smart patient mobility management solution.

The solution integrates seamlessly with the medical centre’s existing management system and enables controlled and efficient movement of patients throughout the facility.

The aim of this is to significantly reduce patient mobility time.

The implementation of Symphia NowForce has brought about remarkable improvements in patient mobility.

Patient mobility technicians handle around 600 calls per day, waiting times and delays have been improved with the average patient waiting just six minutes and 50 seconds.

From handling approximately 600 calls per day, the average time from calling a patient mobility technician until reaching the patient has been estimated to just six minutes and 50 seconds.

The average time from calling a patient mobility technician until reaching the desired destination within the facility has been reduced to four minutes and 15 seconds.
