PA Consulting has recently confirmed Jessica Smith as a Partner in its Defence and Security team.
According to PA, Smith will work with defence and national security organisations to tackle complex people and workforce challenges, with a focus on strategic workforce planning and improving organisational performance.
Jessica Smith joins PA Consulting
Smith has over a decade of experience in working with defence and public sector organisations on their talent strategies.
She joins PA from Oliver Wyman, where for the past three years she worked on issues in support of the economic resilience of Ukraine.
Smith started her career as a Materials Engineer and has a PhD in biomaterials from the University of Oxford.
