Opticom Tech has announced an advancement in its industrial camera technology.
The Opticom cameras now offer users the ability to access multiple streams from one camera simultaneously.
The industry standard for a single unit camera is three simultaneous streams, however, with Opticom Tech’s new cameras, it can offer ten simultaneous streams.
This could pave the way for setting a new industry standard for other companies to follow.
The ten streams allow multiple stakeholders, like operators, managers, supervisors and security personnel access to real-time footage without any delays or interruption.
Opticom’s cameras are designed to meet the demands of industrial environments, providing users with reliable and high-quality surveillance.
The new feature will be available for all Opticom camera models, ensuring each customer can benefit from enhanced functionality and improved operational oversight.
“Enhances security and operational efficiency”
Heidi Schmidt, Global Sales Manager, Opticom Tech commented: “We are incredibly proud to introduce this innovative feature that our customers have been asking for.”
She added: “Our new 10-stream capability not only enhances security and operational efficiency but also demonstrates our dedication to hearing feedback from customers and developing products based on their needs.
“This advancement will undoubtedly set a new benchmark in the industry.”
