MONITORAPP has announced its participation in the RSA Conference 2026, where it showcased key advancements to its SECaaS platform, AIONCLOUD.

According to the company, the advancements included the introduction of new GenAI Security feature and the addition of Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) to its existing network security portfolio.

Two key themes consistently emerged during discussions with visitors and industry experts at the event:

  1. The growing need to control the use of generative AI tools within organisations
  2. A preference for adopting multiple security solutions from a single vendor

“The most frequently discussed topics”

Tashia Nguyen, Global Marketing Manager at MONITORAPP commented: “The need to manage internal generative AI usage and the demand for an integrated security platform were among the most frequently discussed topics our team encountered at RSAC 2026.”

AIONCLOUD

MONITORAPP initially focused on application-level security appliances and began expanding into cloud-based security services in 2016 with the launch of its SECaaS platform, AIONCLOUD, in response to the global shift toward the cloud.

According to the company, AIONCLOUD was developed to address the growing demand from enterprises seeking to consolidate multiple cloud-based security solutions into a single platform for operational and cost efficiency.

Delivered as a subscription-based service with solution bundles, AIONCLOUD offers organisations flexible options to adopt what fits their security needs without significant upfront investment.

Built on a Secure Service Edge (SSE) architecture with globally distributed PoPs (Point of Presence), AIONCLOUD delivers Zero Trust-based security through key components such as Secure Web Gateway (SWG), Remote Browser Isolation (RBI), Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB) and Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA), ensuring consistent security performance regardless of user location.

Acquisition

Following the acquisition of endpoint security specialist SOMA Inc., MONITORAPP has added Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) to AIONCLOUD, providing integrated protection across both network and endpoint environments.

This addition broader visibility and more effective threat detection and response.

AI risk management

The company also highlighted another shift at RSAC 2026, with organisations moving from generative AI adoption to active AI risk management.

Key concerns include data leakage, prompt injection and limited visibility into internal AI usage.

To address these challenges, MONITORAPP introduced its GenAI Security feature within AIONCLOUD, enabling real-time detection and blocking of malicious prompts, prevention of sensitive data exposure and enhanced visibility into AI usage through centralised logging and governance.

“Improve efficiency and reduce cost”

Kyle Lee, CEO of MONITORAPP stated: “With the addition of EDR, AIONCLOUD now delivers an integrated security portfolio across both network and endpoint environments.

“As organisations continue to consolidate their security stacks to improve efficiency and reduce costs, we expect demand for unified, subscription-based security platforms such as AIONCLOUD to continue growing.”
