ACQUISITION: Major risk management consulting business joins Mitie

A leading risk management consulting business has been acquired by Mitie, the UK security provider.
Mitie Security has expanded its service offerings with the inclusion of Linx International Group, a company that also provides technical and management training to the global industry.
Linx is formed of three service lines: PerpetuityARC, Tavcom and Linx Consulting.
With the acquisition, Mitie has confirmed that it will be able to further enhance its security risk analysis and intelligence capabilities, which combines ‘technology and exceptional people to meet the increasing customer need for a more sophisticated approach to security’.
The retail, corporate and aviation sectors share a customer base with both companies.
