Liberty Defense enters European market

A provider of AI-based detection solutions has announced its entrance into the European market after receiving an order for its HEXWAVE system.

GRASP Innovations will integrate Liberty Defense’s system with its digital technology.

This will create a touchless, autonomous checkpoint screening solution. 

European market reflects growing demand

For Liberty, this is the company’s first sale in Europe.

Delivery of the project is scheduled for October 2023.

The company’s HEXWAVE technology utilises millimetre wave, advanced 3D imaging and AI to detect prohibited items.

“Our initial focus has been on the various market verticals in the Americas,” said Bill Frain, CEO, Liberty Defense.

“But we are seeing more demand on a global basis and will be looking to increase our footprint in the international community with partners like GRASP.”
