ISS Middle East has confirmed a transformative organisational restructuring.

According to the solutions provider, the initiative includes promoting valued current employees and welcoming new talent to the team.

Major restructure for ISS Middle East

Osama Al Zarba has been promoted from Country Manager for Qatar to Regional Sales Director for the Middle East and will be based in Dubai.

Al Zarba will leverage his extensive experience to drive strategic growth across the region including the MENA and GCC regions.

Hussam Rahman has been hired as Business Development Manager for Abu Dhabi and will forge new partnerships and enhance service offerings.

Additionally, Shabeer Sharafudheen has been appointed as Channel Sales Manager for the UAE.

As the ISS team continues to grow under Raheel Jalili in Saudi Arabia – who was recently promoted to Sales Director for KSA and Bahrain – Hisham Bnyyan has also joined as Sales Manager.

ISS has also promoted Amr Tolba, who currently oversees our business development in Egypt.

“Strategic realignment”

“We are revamping our structure for greater efficiency and regional impact” said Sanjay Phatak, Managing Director, ISS Middle East.

“This strategic realignment will enable us to better serve our clients and harness the full potential of our teams, ensuring we remain responsive to the evolving needs of the market.”
