Interface introduces interactive monitoring to IPConfigure VMS deployments

Interface Systems has extended its range of services by introducing interactive remote video monitoring with virtual guard to customer sites utilising both on-premises and cloud-based deployments of the IP Configure Orchid video management platform.

Interface’s solution

The Interface Interactive Security Operations Centres (iSOCs) operate an advanced video monitoring viewer designed to optimise operator efficiency and enable interactive features such as live voice-downs, video verification of alarms and virtual walk-throughs of remote locations.

Integration of iSOC with IPConfigure’s Orchid VMS ensures consistent, rapid and seamless remote video monitoring capabilities across all types of multi-site IPConfigure deployments.
