Integrity360 expands with Grove Group acquisition

Integrity360 has confirmed the acquisition of Grove Group, a cybersecurity and cloud services company headquartered in Cape Town, South Africa. 

The acquisition is set to provide Integrity360 with approximately 600 additional customers across 51 countries, a partnership with Darktrace and another global security operations centre (SOC) location.

“Grove has grown and flourished”

According to Integrity360, Grove has a long and deep history in cybersecurity and was founded in 2005.

The company is said to have grown strongly over the last five years, with a CAGR of over 22% during 2023, having achieved sales of approx. €17m.

Grove serves over 600 customers across multiple countries and regions including the UK, Europe, Africa, the Caribbean and Mauritius.

The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
